We’re now looking for a Partnership Manager (a.k.a. Partner Whisperer / Key Relationship Builder / Strategic Account Hero) to join our friendly, and ambitious team. Your mission? To build strong bridges between OptiMonk and our most valuable partners—and keep those bridges strong, even in stormy weather.
Feladatok
– Stakeholder Magic: Act as the key link between our high-value agency partners and OptiMonk’s leadership, Customer Success, and Service teams. You'll ensure everyone’s aligned, heard, and supported.
– Proactive Relationship Building: Regularly meet with our agency partners (virtually and in person), staying ahead of issues before they arise. You'll become their go-to person—someone they can trust and rely on when things get tricky.
– Agency Partner Crisis Management: Be on the frontline to detect dissatisfaction and churn risks early, working swiftly to turn situations around—either by taking action yourself or coordinating with the appropriate internal team.
– Connection Strategy & Planning: Design structured relationship plans: visit schedules, contact cadences, meeting landscapes—everything that helps deepen long-term connections with our agency partners.
– International Travel & Event Representation: Attend key industry events, conferences, and agency partner meetings abroad as the face of OptiMonk. You'll represent our brand, build strategic relationships, and stay informed on the latest eCommerce trends.
